Syntheia Product Update: June 2026
Last month, we promised proper release notes. Here's the second one. A broad shipping cycle this time — Fund Curator goes deeper, the portal gets a significant refresh, and the document pipeline picks up a number of meaningful improvements.
New Features
Home Page Redesign
Refreshed Home screen (after logging in) with a new landing experience and dashboard layout.
MFN Election Analysis:
MFN election form analysis is now a standalone app, surfaced directly in the portal App menu and as a shortcut tile on the home page.
Document Clustering, Select-All:
Each column in the document clustering app now has a checkbox to select every row with content for the group.
Create Fund from Compendium
Compendium reports can now spin up a new funds in the Fund Curator directly, carrying over context from the compendium.
Improvements
Provisions Endorsements — users can endorse clauses directly inside the Provisions App (previously, endorsement only worked for documents, and the clauses inherited the endorsements)
Provisions Hierarchy Depth Filter — filter provisions in the Provisions App by hierarchy depth
Bulk Delete Investors — multi-select bulk delete added to the Fund Curator investor tab
DOCX Compare Per-File Remove — each file in DOCX Compare now has its own remove button (rather than resetting the whole app each time)
MFN Flag & Comment — users can flag and comment on individual MFN elections
Dynamic Compendium Depth — Compendium reports can automatically compute the correct depth based on the features of the clauses
Keyword Enrichment — keyword enrichment stage added to the ingestion pipeline, extracting and storing more data
Clause Numbers Field — ingestion now stores clause numbers in a dedicated field, allowing for more operations and speeding up downstream querying
Concept compare clean-up — Concept Compare defaults to depth=1 clauses, with expand-to-children, plus a tranche of UX polish
Full document names — MFN Election Analysis document picker now shows full document names
US/UK style selection — Fund Curator remembers US/UK style preference per user
Interactive commitment amounts — Investor commitment status now syncs automatically when an investor signs or is admitted, moving commitment amounts as appropriate
Forcibly ending sessions — Deactivating a user now forcibly ends their active session
Complex layouts — Searchable PDF extractor now handles two-column layouts much faster than previous iterations
Better chunking — Continuous improvements to text segmentation, covering missed depths, initial depth calculation, prefix pattern recognition, and duplicated table headers
Bug Fixes
Bulk investor creation no longer produces duplicates
Incorrect OCR routing for searchable documents resolved
Sign In button stays disabled until both fields have content
Master side letter and Documents tabs in Fund Curator render data correctly
Drag-and-drop in Super Comparer no longer collides with the add-row area
Redline toggling glitch in Comparisons removed
Choose Anchor Document toolbar action works in Compendium
Matched leftovers no longer appear mislabelled in Compendium reports
Compendium drag icon no longer floats over the wrong row
Provisions filter badge now correctly reflects the active document filter
Generated Document export and tag editing in Provisions fixed
Delete document option restored in the Documents ellipsis menu
Failed document uploads no longer hang in the processing state
Workspaces language filter restored
Active chip colour unified between Users and Workspaces pages
Sign In field spacing corrected
